Situated just a couple of miles outside the market town of Newton Abbot in Devon, East Ogwell is a village that happily blends the old with the new.

From the Green at the top of the village you can get spectacular views of Dartmoor, and there are many interesting walks for serious ramblers or those looking for a stroll on a
Sunday afternoon.

At the heart of the village is the 14th Century St. Bartholomew’s Church, and the slightly more recent Jolly Sailor public house.
